1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 2. Provision of Digital Marketing Services

A Saferide Transport LLC agrees to provide the client with digital marketing services as detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. These services may include, but are not limited to, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and consulting.

  • Timelines: Project timelines are estimates and are subject to change based on client feedback, scope adjustments, and other factors outside of our control. A Saferide Transport LLC will make every reasonable effort to meet the agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide timely feedback, necessary access to accounts (e.g., website backend, analytics, ad accounts), and any required content or materials to facilitate the provision of services.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services will be governed by the terms outlined in the client's individual SOW or contract. Typically, services are billed on a monthly retainer basis, payable in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services.

4. Limitation of Liability

A Saferide Transport LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the services provided. Our total liability in connection with this Agreement will not exceed the total fees paid by the client to us. For more information, please see our Disclaimer.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice, typically 30 days in advance, as specified in the SOW. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.

6. Modifications

A Saferide Transport LLC may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
